安全系统是汽车的重要组成部分,属于汽车被动安全技术中的一个重要环节,对保护主、副驾驶员的安全起着至关重要的作用。安全系统由主、副驾驶员气囊,主、副驾驶员爆燃式安全带卷收器,控制模块及线束组成内置于气囊模块内部的加速度传感器将加速信息传送给控制模块,控制模块对信息进行计算处理,并根据计算结果决定是否引爆气囊及安全带卷收器。如果控制模块决定引爆气囊及安全带卷收器,则立即接通起爆回路,引爆气体发生器,使气囊在极短的时间内迅速展开。同时,由于爆燃式安全带卷收器同样被引爆,高温、高压的气体会促使安全带迅速反转,以固定并保护驾乘人员的安全。
The safety system as an important link of automotive passive safety technology plays a vital role in protecting the safety of main and vice drivers. The system consists of main and vice drivers' airbags and deflagration seat beh retractor, control module and wiring harness. Acceleration sensor built in the airbag module will transfer the acceleration information to the control module. The control module will dec, ide whether to detonate the airbag and seat belt retractor according to the calculating results of acceleration information. The control module will immediately switch on detonation circuit if it decides to do that. The gas generator of airbag will be detonated so as to expand the airbag rapidly in a very short time, At the same time, the deflagration type safety holt retractor is also detonated. High temperature and high pressure gas will inverse the safety belt rapidly so as to fix passengers well on seats and protect them.
