铁路人事管理信息系统是铁路人力资源管理信息系统的重要组成部分,是铁路人事信息化管理的重要平台。文章介绍了铁路人事管理信息系统的基本功能及应用体会,并针对当前系统存在的问题提出了建议。
Railway personnel administration information system refers to an important part of railway human resources administration information system and a significant platform of railway personnel informatization management. The paper introduces the basic functions and applications about this system, and puts forward suggestions based on current problems in it.
