工会组织在推进企业班组建设中的作用探讨

On the Role of Trade Union in the Construction of Group in an Enterprise

班组是生产企业最基层的组织,实现班组规范化管理、标准化建设,是创建本质安全型企业,推进生产企业安全发展和可持续发展的关键环节。文章在梳理传统班组建设内容的基础上,针对新形势下班组建设面临的新特点,提出如何利用好工会加强班组规范化管理和标准化建设,并对如何处理属于行政管理范畴的班组建设与工会组织之间的关系等进行了探讨。

Group is a baltic organization of a manufacturing enterprise and a key link for the realization of group standant management and standard construction and the advance of safe and sustainable development in the enterprise. Based on the explanation of the contents of traditional group construction and new features of group construction in new era, the paper pro- poses how to take advantage of trade union to strengthen group standard management and standard eonstruction, and how to cope with the relationship between group construction under the supervision of administrative management and trade union.
