摘要
目的 探讨血清总同型半胱氨酸（ｔＨｃｙ）水平与非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病（２型ＤＭ）心脑血管并发症的关系。方法以高压液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）荧光检测法测定了３０例正常人和７８例２型ＤＭ患者（其中３２例无并发症，４６例伴有心、脑血管并发症）的血清ｔＨｃｙ水平。结果对照组血清ｔＨｅｙ水平为１０．８２１３．６８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，２型ＤＭ无并发症患者ｔＨｅｙ水平为１７．３２±５．６３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ， ２型ＤＭ伴有心脑血管并发症患者ｔＨｅｙ水平为 ２７．４３±８．８６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，统计学结果表明对照组、２型 ＤＭ无并发症患者组与伴有心脑血管并发症组间血清ｔＨｅｙ水平有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．００１）。结论高血清ｔＨｅｙ水平可能与２型ＤＭ患者伴发心、脑血管疾病具有一定的相关性。
Ohjective To explore the relationship between serum total homocysteine (tHey) and NIDDM of anglopathy by using high performance liquid chromatograph. Methods Serum total tHey level in 30 normal subjects and 78 NIDDM pa- hents's [32 without angiopathy, 46 with coronary heart diseases (CHD)] or cerebral vessel diseases (ACVD) was determined. Results The mean serum tHey level was 10.82±13.68μmol/L in normal subjects (n=30), 17.3±25.63 μ mol/L in NIDDM pa- tients's without angiopathy (n=32) and 27.43±8.86μ mol/L in NIDDM patients's with angiopathy (n=46). The tHey level of three groups showed that there was a significant difference among three groups (P<0.00l or 0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that serum tHey level in NIDDM patients is higher than that in control group; the elevated level of serum tHey may be re- lated to the diabetic macroangiopathy of atherosclerosis (AS).
