摘要
清代狄道州,大致范围包括今天的临洮县全境、康乐县大部分区域及广河县、东乡族自治县两县靠东的一部分。由于洮河的流经使狄道州具备较好的农田水利灌溉条件,这一地区在历史时期多有开发,特别是清代尤为明显。从清初的开发,至乾隆时期达到鼎盛,再到清后期的继续发展,并在这一过程中显现出的对渠道的疏通和修复,以及对灌溉水道合理而科学的管理机制,使得清代狄道州的农田灌溉有一定规模的发展。
Didao Prefecture in the Qing Dynasty covers the entire today's Lintao County,the majority of the area of Kangle County and the eastern part of Guanghe County and Dongxiang Autonomous Prefecture.Taohe River provided a favorable condition for the irrigation of farmlands in Didao Prefecture.This region was developed in the ancient periods,particularly in the Qing Dynasty.It developed from the early Qing Dynasty,reached its peak during the reign of Emperor Qianlong and continued until the late Qing Dynasty.In this process,channels were widely dredged and improved,which supported by reasonable and scientific hydraulic management mechanism led to remarkable development of irrigating system in Didao Prefecture in the Qing Dynasty.
