During the Republic of China,the issue of southwestern ethnic groups as well as the practice and policies conducted by the Communist Party of China in southwestern China is a very important part of the CPC's ethnic policy during the period of new democratic revolution,which provides experience for the further development of the CPC's ethic policy.
