文章以湖北省15所高校为例,阐述了高校教师专业发展面临的困境及其原因,并在此基础上提出了高校教师专业发展的具体对策与建议。
Taking 15 universities in Hubei for example,the paper states the predicament and reasons of university teachers' specialty development,then puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions.
