Development of 3-D CAD Gating System Specially Used for DISA Molding Line

以UG7.5为平台,VC++6.0和UG/OpenAPI为二次开发工具,针对用户工艺要求和生产需求开发了专用于DISA造型线的三维CAD铸造工艺设计系统。该系统的主要功能包括了分型面、型板、水平浇道、垂直浇道和浇口杯设计。根据工厂实际生产情况,设计了相应的辅助功能系统。以某小型球铁铸件为例,展示了用该系统进行了浇注系统设计的结果。

By using UG7.5 as platform, VC＋＋6.0 and UG/Open API as secondary developing tool. and basing on the client＇s requirement and prodt,ction need,a 3-1） CAD casting method design system specially used for the DISA molding line was developed. The main function of the system includes parting line design, pattern plate design,horizontal runner,sprite and pouring basin design. Based on the practical conditions of elient＇s production, some eorresponding accessorial function system was designed. Taking some small ductile iron casting as example,the gating system design result by using this system was displayed.
