环保增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯的催化合成工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化合成了环保增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)。考察了酸醇比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件的变化对柠檬酸三丁酯合成的影响。实验得到制备柠檬酸三丁酯最佳工艺条件:酸醇比为1∶4.0,催化剂质量浓度为2.2%,催化剂负载量为21.0%,反应温度为120℃,反应时间3.0h。在以上条件下,酯化率可达到98.3%。 The intermediate 1-(carboxyphenyl)biguanidine hydrochloride(CPBGH) were synthesized with o, m, p-aminobenzoic acid(o, m, p-ABA) as raw material and reacted with dicyandiamide in the presence of hydrochloric. The antibacterial ability of the product was studied by the method of test tube continuous dilution. The antibacterial assessment indicated that the antimicrobial activity to E.coil and S. aureus increased with concentration. The minimum inhibitory concentration of 1-(o-carboxyphenyl) biguanidine hydrochloride(o-CPBGH)to E.coil and S. aureus were 0.064mg/mL and 0.032mg/mL, respectively. It was also found that the antibacterial activity of the product was stronger than that of p,m-CPBGH.
