合并酮症倾向的初发2型糖尿病45例临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 酮症或酮症酸中毒一直被认为是1型糖尿病的特征，但近年国内外相继报道了合并酮症倾向的2型糖尿病。我科收集2009年7月至2012年6月45例合并酮症倾向的初发2型糖尿病患者进行临床分析，现将结果报告如下：
