目的 :分析批检后不同厂牌抗—HCVELISA试剂的内在质量。方法 :用抗—HCV质控物和血清盘按各厂牌试剂盒说明书操作。结果 :批检后各厂牌抗—HCV试剂灵敏度差异较大 ,内在质量各有优异。结论 :面对众多抗—HCV试剂盒生产厂家 ,使用单位应进行质量抽检 ,并综合评价抽检结果 ,作为选用试剂盒的参考依据。

Objective:to analyse the internal quality of different brand of Anti-HCVELISA reagent after the mass examination.Methods:to use the material of Anti-HCV quality control and the blood serum plate following the introduction of each brand of them.Results:the sensitive degree of different brand of Anti-HCV reagent varies each other after the mass eramination and the internal quality of them also varies each other.Conclusion:The using unit should make sampling survey of the quality and choose the best brand from so many Anti-HCV reagent productive plant according of the result of sampling survey evaluation. [
