中医药信息是在中医理论指导下,对中医药系统运动过程中内部与外部全部关系自然整合后生成的综合现象的认识。中医药信息的主要特征包括中医药信息是认识论层次的信息,具有明显的主客融合的特征,相对重视系统时间上的延续变化状态,是开放环境下获取的包含本质的现象信息。目前中医药信息获取及利用手段的落后是制约中医学发展的瓶颈之一,应基于中医药信息的以上特征,加强中医药信息获取与利用方式的研究,提高中医药信息的信息获取、转化与利用能力。
