北京社区开展中医“治未病”服务的可行性调查

Study on the feasibility of extending "preventive treatment of disease" of TCM to communities in Beijing

目的:了解北京市社区中医"治未病"开展现状和居民对中医预防保健服务的需求和接纳情况,探究在全市社区推广中医预防保健服务的可行性。方法:对目标社区居民采用问卷调查法,对社区卫生机构负责人采用访谈法进行调查。结果:调查社区未开展中医"治未病"服务,居民有50.2%。曾经或现在患有各种慢性疾病,66.5%不了解中医"治未病",66.8%的居民认为中医需要参与社区预防保健。结论:社区对中医预防保健服务有较大的潜在需求,但居民对中医"治未病"缺乏认识,现阶段普及中医"治未病"还存在一些障碍,需要开展试点工作。

Objective： To understand the current status of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in community, in Beijing and probe into the feasibility of extending this service to all communities in Beijing. Method： Questionnaires for the residents and interviews by principals of these three community health centers. Result： None of these three communities has carried out the service of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ of TCM. 50.2% of these local residents had or have chronic disorders. 66.5% of the residents did not understand the content of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ of TCM. 66. 8% of the residents believed that TCM should be added to community health care system. Conclusion： Services of prevention and health care by TCM still have a great space for development in community. it is still difficult in applying service of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ by TCM to the whole community health centers in Beijing and the pilot work is necessary.
