摘要
目的研究相同麻醉深度的异氟醚和七氟醚对犬脊髓不同区域γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)表达的影响。方法 24只12~18个月健康杂种犬,雌雄不拘,体重10~12 kg,随机平均分为异氟醚(A组),七氟醚(B组)和对照组(C组),每组八只。3组于犬尾中部皮下注射5%福尔马林300μL。3组分别吸入1.3%异氟醚,七氟醚和空气30 min,取犬脊髓前角、背角、中间带、前索、后索、外侧索组织,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测γ-氨基丁酸浓度。结果 A组和B组前角和背角γ-氨基丁酸浓度高于C组和A、B组其他区域浓度。结论脊髓前角和背角是异氟醚和七氟醚抗伤害性刺激作用的关键部位之一。
【Objective】 To observe the difference of the isoflurane and sevoflurane effects on GABA expression in regional of spinal cord in response to noxious stimulation.【Methods】 Twenty-four healthy hybrid dogs(12~18 months old,weighed 10~12 kg) were divided randomly into isoflurane group(group A)(n =8),sevoflurane group(group B)(n =8),and control group(group C)(n =8).5% Formalin was injected in dogs' central tails in all three groups.The dogs were inhaled 1.3% isoflurane,sevoflurane and air separately for thirty minutes,and then immediately sacrificed by decapitation and the frontal horn,posterior horn,intermediate zone,frontal funiculus,posterior funiculus and lateral funiculus of spinal cord were dissected for concentration of GABA content in these.【Results】 The concentration of GABA in the frontal horn and the posterior horn in group A and group B are higher than group C and other region of group A and group B.【Conclusion】 The frontal horn and the posterior horn of spinal cord may be the key site of isoflurane and sevoflurane action.
