目的 :提高对接触镜致乳头性结膜炎机理及临床的认识。方法 :查阅国内外有关乳头性结膜炎方面的文献进行总结。结果 :目前认为乳头性结膜炎的发生机制是对镜片蛋白沉淀物的过敏反应。结论 :戴镜前彻底清洁镜片是避免发生乳头性结膜炎的最佳方法。

Objective:To Known the mechanism and clinical appearance of papillary conjunctivitis.Methods:Reading the literature of papillary conjunctivitis in and abroad,then concluding and recapitulating.Results:At present,the mechanism of papillary conjunctivitis is regarded as the allegery reaction of lense' protein precipitation.Conclusion:Before wearing lense,cleaning it thoroughly is the most effectire way to avoid papillary conjunctivitis.
