地塞米松增加任意型皮瓣成活面积实验研究 被引量:5

An experimental study on the increased survival rate of random skin flap with dexamethasone

摘要 目的 为寻求保护皮瓣的有效药物 ,增加皮瓣的成活面积。方法  2 4只豚鼠随机分成 2组 ,于背部设计 2cm× 8cm任意型皮瓣。实验组术毕即腹腔注射地塞米松 ( 5mg kg) ,术后 3d开始减量 ,7d停药 ,治疗组腹腔注射生理盐水。术后 10d计算皮瓣成活面积。结果 实验组 :皮瓣成活长度为 5 .3 5cm± 1.5 1cm ,对照组为 3 .0 5cm± 0 .74cm ,t检验示两组差异显著 (p <0 .0 1)。镜检显示 :实验组皮瓣白细胞显著减少 ,而对照组弥漫分布白细胞。结论 地塞米松可有效调理白细胞功能状态 ,是防治皮瓣坏死的功效。 To increase survival rate of random skin flap, dexamethasone was injected into intraperitoneal cavity.Methods 24 guinea pigs were divided into two groups, and a 2 cm × 8 cm random skin fla p was made on each animal*ss dorsum. Dexamethasone (5 mg/kg)was injected postope ratively in experimental group animals, and repeated every 24 hours. 3 days late r, the dose decreased gradually and the injection stopped on the 7th postoperati ve day. Control group animals received normal saline.Results Th e flap survival length of the experiment group was 5.35 cm( 1.51 cm, however , in control group,it was 3.05 cm ±0.74 cm.There was significant difference betw een two groups( p <0.01).There were less leucocytesin in experimental flaps t han those in control groups under microscope.Conclusion Dexamet hasone could modulate neutrophil function and is an effective drug to protect s kin flaps.
