化学辅机声光报警系统的监控设计

Monitoring design for chemical auxiliary machines by sound and light alarm system

四川广安发电有限责任公司可编程控制器上位机没有设置语音报警系统,由于岗位多、操作画面多且操作人员少,出现了漏酸、漏碱发现不及时的问题。利用Excel办公软件制作了化学辅机声光报警系统,达到了他人岗位和自己岗位合并监视且能报警的效果,提高了运行的可靠性。

The voice alarm system is not installed in upper computer of PLC of Sichuan Guang'an Power Generation Company Limited.Due to that there are much posts and operation screens but there are little operators,some acid leakage and alkali leakage faults can not be found timely.By using of excel software,a sound and light alarm system for the chemical auxiliary machines was produced.Then one operator can keep watch on own post and others posts and can give alarms,and the operation reliability was increased.
