摘要
早期的国产300 MW冲动式汽轮机存在经济性差和安全隐患多等问题,必须对其通流部分进行改造。利用三维热力设计技术对某电厂汽轮机的通流部分进行改造,改造后机组的热耗、安全性等指标接近或达到设计标准,可供同类型机组通流改造时参考。
The early domestic 300 MW impulse steam turbine has poor economical efficiency and hidden safety troubles;so it is necessary to reform its flow passage to overcome its defects.Using the three-dimensional thermal design technology,the flow passage of the turbine in a power plant was reformed.After the reformation,the heat consumption,the safety function and other indexes of the unit achieve or close to the designed value.The result of this paper provides reference for reformation of flow passage of similar units.
