循环水泵变极后凝汽器胶球清洗装置存在的问题与对策 被引量:1

摘要 国电黄金埠发电有限公司对循环水泵电动机进行变极改造后,低速循环水泵运行时凝汽器胶球清洗装置的收球率极低(50%以下)。对胶球收球率低的原因进行了分析,通过改进胶球投运条件,低速循环水泵运行时收球率达到95%以上,可满足凝汽器清洗需要。 In the Guodian Huangjinbu Power Generation Company Limited,after the circulating water pump motor had been reformed by pole changing method,when the low-speed circulating water pump operates,the rubber ball recovery rate of the condenser rubber ball cleaning device was very low(below 50%).The reason of low ball recovery rate was analyzed.At present,by improving the condition for putting the rubber ball cleaning device into operation,the rubber ball recovery rate achieves above 95% when the low-speed circulating pump operates,which can satisfy the requirement of the condenser cleaning.
