摘要 随着时代的发展,人们对茶文化的认识越来越多,茶文化具有四个层次、五种属性和四个特点,这些内涵为茶文化的作用提供有力支点。茶文化主要有两大类作用,其一是社会作用,分别是以德为中心、人生挑战益友、有利新农村建设、提升物质精神内容及促进开放交流;其二是经济作用,分别是增加附加值、广告促销、丰富温情、促成名牌、推动茶馆业发展及开发茶文化旅游。两类作用相互补充,互为促进。分析表明应以茶文化为纽带,积极加强茶文化传播、弘扬、研究,更好促进茶产业全面、持续、有效发展。 With the development of the times, tea culture has been more and more known. Tea culture has four-level, five properties and four characteristics, which gives lots of powerful roles of tea culture. The tea culture has two major roles, one is the social role, which is based on morality and the challenges of life befriends, facilities the construction of new countryside, improves the material and spiritual content and promotes open communication; The other is the economic role which increases the value-added, promotes advertising, contributes the brand name, promotes the developments of the tea-house-industry and Tea-Culture-Tourism. Two roles are complementary and mutually reinforcing. The analysis shows that tea culture should be as a link and actively spreads, promotes, researchs, so that promotes the tea industry in a comprehensive, sustained and effective development.
