高效液相色谱法测定法莫替丁含量

The determination of famotidine in sample by HPLC

目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定法莫替丁的含量。方法 :固定相CLO ODS 5 μm(色谱柱 4.6× 15 0mm) ,流动相 :甲醇 -磷酸盐缓冲液 ( 2 0∶80 ) ,以 4 氨基安替比林为内标 ,检测波长为 2 6 8nm。结果 :在 2 0～ 10 0 μg·ml-1范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,其相关系数r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 99.86 % ,RSD为 0 .86 % (n =4)。结论 :本法简单快速 。

Aim To establish a HPLC method for determination of famotidine.Methods Column,CLOODS 5μm(4.6×150mm);mobile phase,metholphosphate buffer(20∶80);internal standard,4aminoantipyrine;wavelength of detector was 268nm.Results The linear range was from 20 to 100μg·ml -1 ,r=0.999 8.Th average recovery was 99.86% with SD=0.86%.Conclusion This method is simple and fast,which can be used in the determination of famotidine.
