摘要
钽铌矿性质复杂,伴生矿物多,钽铌回收率较低。为提高某钽铌矿山浓密机底流、锂云母精矿、螺旋分级机返砂中钽铌的综合回收率,分别进行了离心机-摇床、摇床、浮重工艺流程回收钽铌3个工艺试验研究,结果表明:3个工艺分别使钽铌的回收率达到59.51%、16.48%和60.85%,实现了钽铌资源的有效回收。
The property of a tantalum-niobium ore from some mine is complicated,and there are many associated minerals in the ore,the recovery of tantalum and niobium is lower.In order to improve the overall recovery of tantalum and niobium in the thickener underflow,the lepidolite concentrate and the return sand from spiral classifier,the experiments to comprehensively recover tantalum and niobium respectively using the technological processes of centrifuge-shaker,shaker and flotation-gravity concentration were carried out.The results showed that the three processes could make the recovery rates of tantalum-niobium reach 59.51%,16.48% and 60.85% respectively.The effective recovery of the tantalum-niobium resource has been achieved.
