Experimental Study on Acid Agglomeration Heap-leaching of an Oxidized Copper Ore on Surface

摘要 地表氧化铜矿采用浮选、冶炼方法等一般无法回收,采用搅拌浸出由于品位低,不一定有好的经济效益,因而选用成本低的造粒堆浸,针对高含泥质矿石的渗透性问题,试验成功找到一种价廉易得耐酸的LN3粘合剂,用它造粒后,矿石渗透性大大提高,能满足堆浸要求,浸出率大于95%,浸出酸耗为93 kg/t的矿石。 For oxidized copper ore surface,the useful minerals can not be recovered by flotation or melting,agitation leaching can′t necessarily achieve a good economic benefit because of low grade,and thus granulated heap leaching with lower cost usually was applied.Aiming at the problems of poor permeability of ores with high content of clay,an adhesive LN3 was successfully found by tests,which is cheap,easily available and acid-proof.The permeability of the ore after be granulated with this adhesive was greatly improved,the granulated ore could meet the requirement of heap leaching,the leaching rate of copper was more than 95%,the acid consumption was 93 kg for the leaching of each ton ore.
