承压条件下破裂岩体注浆加固力学特性试验研究 被引量:11

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Broken Rock Reinforced by Grouting under Pressure

摘要 为了研究注浆固结体力学特性,揭示注浆加固机理,设计加工了能够实现在不同轴向压力和不同围压水平下注浆加固破裂岩体的注浆试验系统,并在此基础上成功进行了相应试验。试验结果表明,注浆过程中轴压、围压以及注浆压力对破裂岩体中岩块应力状态发生改变有影响,但其带来的应力状态改变是有限的,这也是注浆固结体强度恢复系数较低的原因,该试验方法及试验结果对注浆加固技术的推广应用具有指导作用。 In order to study the mechanical properties of broken rock after grouting consolidation,the mechanism of grouting reinforcement was discussed.With a self-made experiment system which can be used to implement reinforcement of broken rock by grouting under the conditions of different axial pressure and different confining pressure,a number of experiments were successfully carried out.The results showed that axial load,confining pressure and grouting pressure had effects on the change of stress state of broken rock,but the change of stress state was limited,and this was the cause of lower strength recovery factor of broken rock consolidated by grouting reinforcement.The method and results of experiment can provide the guidance for the promotion and wide application of reinforcing technology by grouting.
