糖化血红蛋白对糖尿病诊断的特异性和灵敏度 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)对糖尿病(DM)诊断的临床价值。方法:分析糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病前期阶段及糖尿病的诊断价值。结果:糖化血红蛋白A1c在6.65%时可获得诊断糖尿病最高的诊断特异性及敏感性。结论:糖化血红蛋白A1c可以用来诊断糖尿病,而且有很好的诊断效率。
