摘要 结合精益生产的基本原理,按照准时化拉动式节拍控制需求,通过分析固定台位组装的特点以及在铁路客车生产中的应用,研究在固定台位工艺布局下拉动式生产的几种方式,从柔性、节拍化、效率、以及适应性等方面进行比较,设计了固定台位组装方式下精益生产的工艺布局和物流模式,实现了铁路客车装配在少流动化的状态下拉动式生产的一种方法创新. The pulling production with the fixed platform of process layout is studied in several ways according to the basic principles of Lean production and the control requirements of pull-type rhythm of the JIT,and the characteristics of the fixed platform assembly and the application during producing of the railway vehicles are analyzed. Comparing from flexibility, rhythm, efficiency and adaptability, the process layout and logistics model of the Lean production are designed with the fixed platform of assembly mode, and an innovation of pull pro- duction in less mobility status is achieved during railway vehicles assembly.
