神经营养因子与神经元变性研究进展

摘要 神经营养因子对于维持交感神经和感觉神经系统的生长和发育极为重要 ,可预防甚至逆转基底前脑胆碱能神经元变性 ,使学习和记忆的功能得到恢复。近年来研究其在神经元变性的机制及诊断。
