摘要
《食物内残余除害剂规例》是香港特区政府采取的一项全新管理制度,将于两年后执行。本文对规例进行系统剖析,重点比较其除害剂限量标准与内地标准的差异,在此基础上提出对策建议,以期为供港食品的生产监管提供参考。
Regulation on Pesticide Residues in Foods is a new measure adopted by HASKR and would enter into force two years later.In this article,the content of the regulation was detailed analyzed,and it was differences with the Mainland' s maximum residue limits for pesticides in food were identified.Based on this,the countermeasures to the regulation were suggested to support the production monitoring for foods to Hongkong.
