葡萄汁调控断奶大鼠小肠抗氧化能力与形态发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究葡萄汁对断奶大鼠小肠发育的影响。方法:选取16只断奶SD大鼠,分为2个组:对照组,葡萄汁组。记录第0、7、14、21、28、35d大鼠的体重及每周总采食量。35d后处死取样,准确称量大鼠脾脏重量,记录小肠长度,测定回肠中丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,应用组织学方法对回肠的形态学指标及淋巴细胞数进行检测。结果:与对照组相比,35d时葡萄能显著增加断奶大鼠的体重(p<0.05)、体重生长率(p<0.05)、小肠长度(p<0.05)、回肠中的SOD活力(p<0.05);显著降低回肠中MDA的含量(p<0.05)。结论:葡萄汁能促进断奶大鼠小肠发育。 Objective:Study on the effect of grapes juice on small intestinal development in weaning rats.Method:16 weaning rats were randomly assigned to 2 groups as follows.normal control(NC) group and grape juice group.The weight of each rat at 0,7, 14,21,35d and total food weight for every rat were recorded in every week.The weight of spleen and length of small intestine, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the concentration of malonaldehyde(MDA) ,morphology and lymphocytes in ileum were measured after all rats killed at 35d.Result:The weight,the growth rate of weight, length of small intestine and activity of SOD in ileum treated with grapes juice were significantly increased compared to rats in normal control group (p 〈 0.05), and concentration of MDA in ileum was significantly lower respectively (p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion, Grapes juice could improve growth of small intestine in weaning rats.
