摘要
本实验利用果胶酶提取大枣多糖,通过响应面法来确定其最佳提取条件,最终确定大枣多糖的最佳工艺条件是:酶加量0.5g/10L、提取温度52℃、提取时间45min,在此条件下,多糖的得率为7.29%.
In this study, pectinase was used to extract jujube polysaccharide and the extrac- tion conditions were optimized by the response surface methodology. The optimal extraction conditions are following., enzyme dosage is 0.5 g/10 L, the extraction temperature is 52 ℃ and time of extraction is 45 min. Under the optimal conditions the yield of jujube polysace- harides is 7.29%.
