小儿支原体肺炎临床特点及阿奇霉素治疗效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点,并分析阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果。方法:选择50例患者使用阿奇霉素治疗,并与50例使用红霉素治疗的患者比较,分析其临床症状改善情况,以及发生的并发症。结果:观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间以及啰音消失时间均显著快于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生恶心、呕吐和局部注射疼痛的比率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿支原体肺炎常常以干咳为主要症状,大多伴有发热和肺部啰音,阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎,起效迅速,维持时间长,且患者依从性好,值得临床推广。
