应用微波技术提高胰岛细胞抗体检出率的实验研究

摘要 目的 免疫组化技术检测胰岛细胞抗体 (ICA)是临床对糖尿病的诊断、分型、预测的重要免疫学指标之一。为了提高 ICA的阳性检出率 ,本研究应用了微波抗原修复术。将血清标本分为微波组和常规组 ,同步检测以上血清。结果 常规组 5 2例阴性中微波组检出 7例阳性 ,常规组 2 1例阳性血清中微波组检出阳性强度普遍比常规组提高 1— 2个加号。正常人血清 。 Objective:ICA detected by immunohistochemical technique is one of the important index for the clinical diagnosis、classification and prognosis of the diabetes mellitus. The microwave antigen repair technique was used to improve ICA positive detection rate. Method:The following blood serum samples detected by routine immunohistochemical technique were used:ICA positive 21 cases, ICA negative 52 cases, normal persons 20 cases. All samples were divided into the microwave group and the routine group simultaneously. Result:The microwave group detected 7 cases positive from the routine group in ICA negative 52 cases,the detected positive intensities were generally increased to 1~2 grade (+) of the microwave group compared to that of the routine group in ICA positive 21 cases. The microwave group and the routine group both detected ICA negative of the 20 cases of blood serum in normal persons.
