汽轮机转动部件脱落故障的识别方法 被引量:6

摘要 为快速精确地计算和诊断转动部件的脱落位置和质量,提出了转动部件脱落故障的识别方法。根据运行中机组的转动部件脱落故障前后的振动监测数据,利用谐分量法以及力平移原理,基于单平面质量脱落定位分析,推导出转动部件脱落故障轴向位置和质量的计算公式,并能有效辨识靠背轮失重和移位故障。将此方法用于工程实际中,精确计算和分析出嘉兴3号机组低压转子第3级围带脱落故障,计算和诊断出宁海1号机组靠背轮失重故障。实际工程应用证明该方法对突发振动故障诊断有很好的效果。 The turbine-generator turbine blade fracture accidents often occurs, which can threat the safe operation of turbine-generator unit, so it is very important to calculate and diagnose the broken blade accurate location and quality quickly. In the study the calculation formula of the broken blade location and quality is presented, according to the turbine-generator unit’s vibration monitoring information pre and post turbine blade fracture accident, with harmonic modal balancing method and the principle of force translation, based on the broken blade location analysis of single plane quality. The method can identify different axial position of rotating parts broken and coupling misalignment fault. This method is applied to the actual engineering, the low-pressure turbine rotor’s third blade shroud ring broken fault of Unit 3 in Jiaxing power plant and the rotating weight loss broken failure on fourth coupling of Unit 1 in Ninghai power plant are accurately diagnosed. The result shows it is effective to diagnose the rotating parts broken fault with this method.
