原发性高血压伴心功能不全与血浆脑钠肽、高敏C反应蛋白和血管内皮生长因子的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察原发性高血压伴心功能不全患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP),高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化。方法选取原发性高血压伴心功能不全患者198例作为观察组,其中Ⅰ级25例,Ⅱ级76例,Ⅲ级81例,Ⅳ级16例。选取同期健康体检者60例作为对照组。观察2组血浆BNP、hs-CRP和VEGF的变化。结果观察组的BNP、hs-CRP和VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。高血压伴心功能不全的患者,随着心功能分级的增高,患者血浆中的BNP、hs-CRP和VEGF水平也随之递增。结论 BNP、hs-CRP和VEGF可能与原发性高血压伴心功能不全的发生发展和预后有关。 Objective It is to observe the changes of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), high-sensitivity C -reactive protein (hs - CRP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in primary hypertension patients with heart failure. Methods 198 patients with primary hypertension with heart failure were selected as observation group, in which 25 cases in grade Ⅰ , 76 cases in grade Ⅱ , 81 cases in grade Ⅲand 16 cases in grade Ⅳ. 60 healthy persons were selected as control group. The changes of BNP and hs - CRP and VEGF were observed in both groups. Results The levels of BNP, hs - CRP and VEGF in observation group were significantly higher compared with that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). As the cardiac functional class increased in observation group, the levels of BNP, hs -CRP and VEGF also were increased. Conclusion The levels of BNP, hs- CRP, and VEGF may be associated with the development and prognosis of primary hypertension with heart failure.
