摘要
为提高前列腺癌的早期诊断率 ,对 32例前列腺癌的诊断进行回顾性分析 ,大多数确诊患者已为晚期。所以 ,对 50岁以上男性人群的常规体检中 ,应进行DRE +PSA的筛选 ,必要时做系统穿刺活检。
