摘要 煤化工产业耗水量大,废水排放量大,污染物浓度高,水资源短缺和环境污染问题限制了煤化工产业的发展。分析了不同的煤气化生产工艺产生的废水水质特征;推荐了不同的煤气化生产工艺产生的废水处理及回用处理工艺;介绍了煤化工废水"零排放"工程设计实例,并就"零排放"技术在工程运行中存在的问题做了详细的分析。 As coal chemical industry is characterized by large water consumption, large amount of wastewater discharge and high concentration of pollutants, the problems of water resources shortage and environment pollution restrict its development. The characteristics of the wastewater from different productive processes of coal gasification were analyzed, and then, processes for treatment and reuse of the coal gasification wastewater with different characteristics were recommended. Some design examples of wastewater zero discharge engineering of coal chemical industry were introduced; and the existing problems of the techniques applied in practical projects were analyzed in detail.
