产学研合作中技术与资本的结合过程探析——以北京科技大学产业技术研究院为例

Study on the Combination Process of Technologies and Capitals in Industry-University-Institute Cooperation——A Case of Industrial Technology Research Institute of USTB

根据技术演化过程中的不同形态特征分析技术与资本的结合过程,认为"技术-资本"视角下的产学研合作中存在两种过程,分别是技术追逐资本过程与资本追逐技术过程。以北京科技大学产业技术研究院为案例,分析技术与资本结合过程中的风险、资源配置方式、收益分配等问题,总结了产学研合作中资本运作的"技术-风险-收益"模式。

This paper analyzes technology evolution according to the different characteristic characteristics, by staking indus- trial technology research institute of USTB （University of Science and Technology Beijing） as an example, it analyzes the risks ,resource allocation and distribution of interest in combination process of technology with the capitals, summarizes the technology - risk - interest mode of capital operation in industry - university - institute cooperation.
