金融发展、人力资本配置与国际贸易增长收敛——基于空间面板数据模型的研究

Financial Development,Human Capital Allocation and Convergence of International Trade——Based on Spatial Panel Data Model

构建了一个人力资本配置效率函数,并使用中国29个省份1985～2009年的面板数据对理论分析结果进行了实证检验。结果显示:在控制了外商直接投资、所有制结构与固定资产投资等差异后,国际贸易增长存在显著的β收敛趋势;金融规模的扩张并没有表现出对国际贸易增长的促进效应;我国当前人力资本配置水平显著促进了国际贸易增长,在控制金融发展水平变量之后,这种促进作用减弱。

This paper establishes a function model to analyze the relationship of financial development, human capital alloca- tion and international trade growth based on Chinese panel data of 29 provinces from 1985 to 2009. Rresult shows that： with the domination of the discrepancies, foreign direct investment, ownership structure and fixed asset investment, the internation- al trade growth in provinces comes into being convergent; the expansion of financial scale does not show prominent accelera- tion on the growth of international trade. Current human capital allocation significantly promotes the growth of international trade, the promotion decreases with the domination of financial development.
