摘要
基于社会网络的综合分析视角,对企业社会资本、市场知识能力和经营绩效的关系进行研究。通过实证分析发现,企业社会资本从结构、关系和认知三维度上对市场知识能力产生显著影响,而只有结构性企业社会资本显著影响经营绩效。不仅从企业社会资本的视角识别市场知识能力的前置因素,而且通过市场知识能力的中介角色,阐明企业社会资本与经营绩效之间的内在关系,最后对管理启示进行了讨论。
Based on analytical perspective of social network, this paper discusses the relationship of the corporate social capital (CSC) on market knowledge competence (MKC) and business performance (BP). Result shows that CSC on the di- mensions of structure, relationship and cognition exerts positive influence on MKC, but just structural CSC take impacts on BE. It not only makes up the short of the research on the antecedence of MKC under the perspective of CSC, but also veri- fies the inherent relationship of CSC and BP basing on the mediator effect of MKC, and provides the managerial revelation and practical implications.
