高新科技企业实施轮岗制的组织知识扩散模型研究

摘要 以高新科技企业为背景,构建了轮岗制两个关键控制因素调整周期和调整幅度的度量,通过仿真建模方法研究组织实行轮岗制对知识扩散和组织平均知识增长的影响及优化策略。结果表明:由于知识自身的贬值效应,组织必须采取某些措施来促进知识扩散或者知识创新,否则组织整体知识水平将会逐渐降低;适当缩短调整周期或者增加调整幅度,都会增加组织关系网络密度,有利于组织知识扩散;但调整周期过长或过短均不利于组织知识扩散增长。 This paper constructs simulation model and two key control factors of job rotation, which are adjustment period and adjustment range, analyzes how its execution influence organization knowledge diffusion and knowledge increases as well as the optimization strategy. Result shows that : because of the knowledge depreciation effect, the organization has to adopt some measure to promote knowledge diffusion or knowledge innovation, otherwise organization knowledge level will be lower gradually; it will increase organization relation network density and contributes to organization knowledge diffusion to shorten adjustment period or increase adjustment range appropriately; but too long or too short adjust period make against.
