浅析工业文化遗产的“大遗址保护”之路——以温州矾矿遗址为例

A Brief Discussion of Protecting Industrial Heritages as Great Historical Relics——A Case Study of Wenzhou's Vanadium Mining Site

伴随着我国经济的迅猛发展、城市工业布局规划调整和老工业企业破产改制等现实,近现代工业文化遗产保护和合理开发利用成为政府决策与管理中遇到的新问题。本文以温州矾矿遗址为例,从遗址特征、保护现状入手,全面分析其工业文化遗产价值和未来发展需求,同时将我国近年新生的"大遗址保护"思路引入工业文化遗产保护,提出全面、整体、长效保护工业文化遗产,将其真正纳入"大遗址保护",走"大遗址保护"之路的建议。

With a rapid development of China＇s economy, adjustments of urban industrial planning, as well as the bankruptcy and restructuring of outdated industrial enterprises, the protection, rational ex- ploitation and utilization of modem industrial heritages become a new problem for government decision - makings and administration. This paper studies the vanadium mining site in Wenzhou as a particular case, starts from its characteristics and current situation of its protection, and analyzes its value as a cul- tural heritage and development needs in the future. Furthermore, the paper introduces the newbom idea of ＂great- relics protection＂ and proposes to protect industrial heritages in a comprehensive, integrated and enduring way.
