摘要
用线性扫描极谱法研究盐酸酚苄明的电化学行为.在pH 8.55的0.06 mol.L-1NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,盐酸酚苄明于-1.193 V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,其线性扫描峰电流与盐酸酚苄明质量浓度在0.01mg.L-1~5.00 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数Υ=0.9974(n=10),检出限为0.008 mg.L-1,以0.5 mg.L-1盐酸酚苄明溶液作6次平行实验,相对标准偏差为0.75%,回收率在97.8%~109.9%之间.方法可用于其在片剂中含量的测定.
The electrochemistry behavior of Phenoxybenzamie Hydrochloride had been studied in linear scanning polarographic method and cyclic voltammetry. In 0.06 mol.L-1 NH3-NH4Ci buffer solution of pH 8.55, a sensitive reduetive wave of Phenoxybenzamie Hydrochloride appeared at -1.193 V (vs.SCE). The linear relationship between the peak current and the Phenoxybenzamie Hydrochloride concentration in the range of 0.01 - 5.00 mg.L-1 (r=0.9974, n=10) were observed, the detection limit of the method is 0.008 mg.L-1. RSD found from the data of 6 independent determinations at the concentration level of 0.50 mg.L-1 was 0.75%, recoveries obtained were in the range of 97.8%-109.9%. This Pbenoxybenzamie Hydrochloride electrochemical characteristic property may be used for determining the contents in tablets.
