安徽中小企业板上市公司IPO对财务绩效影响的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the impact of IPO on Financial Performance in Anhui SME Board

我国于2004年推出中小企业板,为广大中小企业提供了有效的融资平台,以促进其改善资本结构,提高综合竞争能力。截止2011年12月底,安徽省的中小企业中共有24家在深市中小企业板成功上市。但是,安徽省在中小企业板的IPO公司上市融资后财务绩效表现如何,也同样值得关注。因此,文章选择安徽在中小企业板上市的四家公司为研究对象,对其上市前后的财务绩效情况进行比较分析,为中小企业正确选择融资渠道提供借鉴。

In 2004,China launched the SME board,which can provide an effective financing platform to improve the capital structure and comprehensive competitiveness.Up to the end of December 2011,twenty-four companies in Anhui have successfully listed on the Shenzhen SME board.However,companies＇ performance of SME in Anhui after IPO financing also deserves attention.Therefore,this paper chooses four SME board listed companies which carried out IPO in Anhui Province,analyzing their financial performance and providing reference for the selection of financing channels for small and medium enterprises.
