摘要
当前我国独立学院师资队伍建设中存有结构不合理、教师教学效果差异性大和管理机制不健全等问题。独立学院必须创新思路,通过实施灵活的用人机制,转变管理方式,构建有效激励和考核机制等路径,推动独立学院师资队伍建设。
At present,there are some practical issues in the teaching staff construction,such as irrational building structures,extremely different teaching effectiveness and unsound management mechanism.In light of these problems,independent colleges must introduce new ideas by implementing flexible employment mechanism,changing management modes and building effective incentive and assessment mechanism to promote the building of teaching staff of independent colleges.
