结合黄山学院分析测试中心的实际运行经验,通过对实验室职能的理解,在人才队伍、设备和实验室制度的建设和管理以及发展趋势等方面进行了探讨。

Based on the practical operation experiences of the analysis and testing center in Huangshan University, and through the understanding of the functions of laboratories, this paper explores the construction and management of personnel, equipment, rules and regulations of the laboratories as well as the development trend of the analysis and testing center.
