从体育锻炼与人格特征相关性论高校体育课程实践

On Practice of College Sports Curriculum Based on Relevance of Physical Exercise and Personality Traits

摘要 对大学生体育锻炼状况与大学生人格特征的关系进行了研究,结果发现不同体育运动偏好的大学生其人格特征差异不显著,体育锻炼与大学生人格特征呈正相关。因此,高校体育课程实践坚持"以人为本"的教育理念,科学把握体育学科规律,以如何成功引领学生积极参与体育锻炼为体育课程的教学立足点。 The study of the relationship between college students' physical exercise and personality shows that there are no significant differences in personality traits of college students who have different sports preference, and physical exercise and personality traits of college students are positively correlated. Therefore, the practices in college sports curriculum should adhere to the philosophy of "people-oriented", grasp the laws of sports discipline scientifically and take it as the basis point how to guide the students to participate actively in physical exercise successfully.
