School-enterprise cooperation is very important for the discipline construction and talent training of a university. It is an important carrier for cooperative education, which plays an important role in the nurturing of innovative talents. This paper analyzes the education model of school-enterprise cooperation between the domestic and foreign universities, explores the operational mechanism, deficiencies and improvement room of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training in the existing education system, which is of great significance to the development of school-enterprise cooperation.
