摘要 目的 探讨良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)各区细胞bcl 2、Bax和c myc基因表达在BPH发病中的意义。方法 对 33例病人的 88份标本采用免疫流式细胞光度术分区检测上述 3种基因的标记率和表达量。结果 bcl 2基因在周边区 (PZ)、移行区 (TZ)和中央区 (CZ)的标记率分别为17.5 0 %、2 5 .40 %、17.70 % ;TZ明显高于PZ和CZ(P <0 .0 1) ,PZ和CZ的标记率相比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;Bax基因在PZ、TZ和CZ的标记率分别为 15 .10 %、18.0 0 %和 16 .0 0 % ,3个区差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;c myc基因在PZ、TZ、CZ的标记率分别为 13.90 %、16 .6 0 %和 17.80 % ,3个区差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。bcl 2基因在PZ、TZ、CZ的表达量分别为 5 4.0 0、73.0 0、44 .96 ,TZ明显高于PZ和CZ(P <0 .0 1) ,PZ与CZ之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;Bax基因在PZ、TZ、CZ的表达量分别为 44 .96、48.0 0、45 .0 0 ,3个区比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;c myc基因在PZ、TZ、CZ的表达量分别为 44 .96、5 2 .0 0和 46 .0 3 ,TZ高于PZ(P <0 .0 5 ) ,TZ与CZ、PZ和CZ相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 TZ抗凋亡基因bcl 2和增殖基因c myc的高表达是引起前列腺增生的主要原因。 Objective\ To evaluate the implication of expression of bcl-2, Bax and c-myc genes in three zones' cells in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods\ The marked rate and expression levels of bcl-2,Bax and c-myc genes in the peripheral, transitional and central zones (PZ, TZ and CZ respectively) of prostate were examined in 88 samples from 33 patients with BPH by uring flow cytometry (FCM). Results\ The marked rates of bcl-2 genes in PZ, TZ and CZ were 17.50%, 25.40% and 17.70% respectively, with the marked rate in TZ significantly higher than in PZ and CZ ( P <0.01). The marked rate of Bax genes in PZ, TZ and CZ were 15.10%, 18.00% and 16.00% respectively, with the differences among them being not significant ( P >0.05). The marked rate of c-myc genes in PZ, TZ and CZ was 13.90% , 16.60% and 17.80% respectively, with the differences among them being not significant ( P >0.05). The expression levels of bcl-2 genes in PZ, TZ and CZ were 54.00, 73.00 and 44.96 respectively, with the expression of bcl-2 gene significantly higher in TZ than PZ and CZ ( P <0.01).The expression levels of Bax gene in PZ, TZ and CZ were 44.96,48.00 and 45.00 respectively ( P >0.05). The expre- ssion levels of c-myc genes in PZ, TZ and CZ were 44.96, 52.00 and 46.03, with the expression levels in TZ higher than in PZ ( P <0.05). Conclusion\ Increased expression of the anti-death oncoprotein bcl-2 and c-myc genes in the TZ was considered to be the important factor in pathogenesis of BPH.\;
