城市老年人养老方式选择的态度及动因分析——基于南京市9个区的调查

Agents and Attitudes of Urban Senior Citizens' Pension Mode Selection——A Study based on the Survey in Nine Districts of Nanjing

随着社会的发展和人口的老龄化,我国城市老人养老方式由传统的家庭养老向社会化养老的趋势转变,并呈现多元化的发展。为了研究城市老人对于养老方式的选择和态度,通过对南京市9个区的老年人进行问卷调查,构建Logistic回归模型,深入分析不同婚姻状态下的城市老年人对养老方式的选择态度,并重点分析老年人养老方式选择的影响因素及影响程度。结果发现:不同婚姻状态下的老年人对养老方式的选择存在差异,而职业与经济分层、家庭与社会支持以及理念的不同是导致这些差异最为显著的因素。

With the development of the society,the aging population in China is experiencing a fast growth.Pension mode in China＇s countryside is transiting from the traditional family support pattern to one supported by the society.In order to study the choices and attitude of the senior citizens in urban area,this paper,based on the questionnaires of the aged in nine districts of Nanjing,set up Logistic regression model to find out their attitudes in different marriage status for their pension mode after retire and analyzed the agents affecting their choices in varying degree.The research shows that occupation,economic status,family and social support and concepts are the most significant agents while marriage status does affect their choices for life in retirement.
