防范“四种危险”:高校从源头遏制腐败的重要抓手——兼论高校党员要自觉增强居安思危的忧患意识

Guard against Four Risks:A Significant Means to Contain Corruption from Source in Universities——Party Members are to Enhance Awareness of Crisis in Times of Peace and Safety

胡锦涛同志在2011年"七一"重要讲话中指出的"精神懈怠、能力不足、脱离群众、消极腐败"四种危险,针对性强,切中要害,让人警醒。高校党组织是党的建设的重要组成部分,防范"四种危险",是高校从源头遏制腐败的重要抓手。深入分析高校防范"四种危险"的必要性和关键环节,提出高校防范"四种危险"的具体措施:防范精神懈怠,保持创先争优的精神状态;防范能力不足,增强办学治校的能力本领;防范脱离群众,树立尊师爱生的公仆情怀;防范消极腐败,筑牢拒腐防变的思想防线。

In his speech on July 1 2011,President Hu Jintao warned that ＇the whole party is confronted with growing danger of lacking in drive,incompetence,divorce from the people,lacking in initiative,and corruption＇.Party organizations in universities,as an important part of party construction,are also expected to guard against these risks,which can serve as a significant means to contain corruption from the source.The paper discussed the necessities and key links for universities to watch out for the Four Risks.First it is vital that we strive for the best so that we will be not lacking in drive.Secondly,it is important to improve our ability to run the university.Thirdly,we should prevent ourselves from divorcing from the people by loving the students and respecting the teachers.Finally,solid anti-corruption idea should be built up so that we are full of initiatives.
